The demo that lies
Nothing here gets a page until it has survived ninety days of my own week. Here is what breaks on day sixty.
A demo is a performance of a happy path, staged by the one person who knows where the floor is weak. I can make anything look finished for ninety seconds. So can you, and so can the model that wrote half of it, which is the genuinely new part of this problem.
So the rule is ninety days of my own real week before anything gets a page on this site. Not a test account. My calendar, my backlog, my Sunday. Ninety days is roughly where the seams show: dates go strange around a timezone change, the model's confidence outruns its accuracy on the boring middle cases, and every assumption you made in week one about how you work gets tested by a week where you do not work that way at all.
Steward is at nineteen months. Offcut is at eleven. Neither number is a boast — it is the only reason I can quote a refund policy with a straight face, and it is the honest answer to 'does this actually work'. If a builder cannot tell you how long they have run their own thing on their own life, you are looking at a demo.
