One prompt replaces your Sunday planning

The Sunday planning ritual, replaced by a single prompt that reads the week that actually happened.

Sunday planning used to be forty-five minutes of me guessing what next week should look like, based on how I felt that specific Sunday. It was mood-driven, not evidence-driven, and it showed.

Now one prompt reads what actually happened last week — what got done, what got pushed, what took longer than planned — and drafts next week from that instead of from my optimism. I still approve it. I just don't start from a blank page anymore.
